In a way, it felt like the birthday party from last year never ended. Or the year before that. They are many things, these Ronson twins, including consistent. So Samantha and Charlotte’s birthday party last night at on the Bowery was expectedly low-key and VIP. Highlights? Meeting Fran Leibovitz, who lives in the same building as Charlotte, and a scheduled dance off with Samantha. She won because I started to sweat and then fled the scene. (It was also Amanda Silverman’s birthday too, but she’s really scary so I didn’t ask to take a picture of her. I love you, Amanda. Don’t send me a foul mouthed email.)
